AISI 1045 Steel round bar belongs to high carbon steel under
american standard. AISI 1045 is also a quenching and tempering
steel, which owns high strength. AISI 1045 alloy steel can be
produced into hot rolled round bars and square bars, cold-drawing

AISI 1045 round bar is widely used for manufacturing moving parts
which needs high strength, such as plunger of air compressor and
pump, rolled shaft, connecting rod, endless screw, gear rack, dowel
of heavy machines. AISI 1045 round bar is often used in quenching
and tempering and normalizing delivery state . After high-frequency
quenching or shorterizing, AISI 1045 round bar can be applied to
produce wear resistant parts, such as crank axle, machine tool
shaft,transmission shaft and so on.
Cold Roll Steel Round Bar/Rod 1045 is normally used for industrial,
machine, and tool applications. 1045 is a commonly used low carbon
steel alloy with good strength, ductility, and ease of machining.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is
15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra?
A:Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the
cost of freight.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 5t. But if your quantity is small, the price
may be a little higher. When there is a big quantity, the price
will be quite lower.
Q:How to buy your ideal products?
A: You can provide us your drawing, and we will produce as your
drawing. Or we can design as your requirements if you do not have a
clear plan.
Q:How to pay?
A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated.30%
deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
Q:How to install after the goods destination?
A: We will provide installation instruction and video for you.
Technicians will be sent to help you if it is necessary. However,
the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be provided by
buyers.
