About Stainless Steel H-Beams
H section steel is a kind of cross section area allocation
optimization, strong heavy than more reasonable economic section of
high profile, because of H beam's cross section the same as the
English letter "H" the name. Since the different parts of h-beam
with orthogonal configuration, so H-beam in all directions has
bending ability strong, easy construction, cost saving and
structure light weight etc, has been widely used.
201 Stainless Steel
201 is a kind of stainless steel. 201 stainless steel generally
refers to 201 stainless steel and acid resistant steel. 201
stainless steel refers to the steel that is resistant to the
corrosion of weak media such as atmosphere, steam and water, while
acid resistant steel refers to the steel that is resistant to the
corrosion of chemical corrosive media such as acid, alkali and
salt.This product is a high manganese and low nickel stainless
steel with low nickel content and poor corrosion resistance. It is
widely used in various tabletops, countertops, kitchenware, outdoor
decoration engineering, urban decoration industry and low-grade
household products.
H-Beam's Features:
1.Wide flange, high lateral stiffness.
2.H-beam has good bending resistance, about 5%-10% better than
i-bar.
3.The two surfaces of flange are parallel to each other, which
makes connection, processing and installation easy.
4.Compared with welding i-steel, H beam is low cost, high
precision, small residual stress, no need for expensive welding
materials and weld inspection, saving about 30% of the production
cost of steel structure.
5.Under the same section load, the weight of hot-rolled H beam
steel structure can be reduced by 15%-20% compared with traditional
steel structure.
6.Compared with concrete structure, hot-rolled H beam steel
structure can increase the usable area by 6%, reduce the dead
weight by 20%-30%, and reduce the internal force of structure
design.
7.H-beam can be processed into T beam, honeycomb beam can be
combined to form a variety of sections, greatly meet the needs of
